Amazing people! In a few hours,I had a brand new roof!!

We were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and customer service from Norato Roofing & Construction Co., Inc. Norato replaced the existing asphalt shingle roof with an architectural shingle style roof system to include ridge vents. In addition, the work included wrapping the existing wood fascia with 29-gauge metal and repaired a roof leak along a vertical wall. The aesthetics of the roof and appearance of the metal fascia (quality of custom work) was outstanding and contributed greatly to the overall curb appeal of our home. Norato Roofing did a great job!! However, I would not recommend working with a contractor outside of the company. The contractor with whom we worked seemed to be interested only in how he could profit at our expense. He was not reliable and was unprofessional.

We are very pleased and impressed! Polite, personable, and helpful. Jose called me back the same day that I requested an estimate and came to the house the same day and gave us an estimate after that he came back and spent considerable time with us answering our questions and addressing our concerns. His project manager, Danny, was amazing on site and took time to talk with us while his crew cleaned up and used magnets to make sure all nails were cleaned up. His crew came early and tore off 2 layers of old shingles and put on the new metal roof in 1 day! I can't say enough good things! We highly recommend them. Thank you!

I contacted Noratos about getting an estimate on replacing my aged shingle roof. They replied quickly (within 24hrs), and they had a knowledgeable rep out to my house within roughly another 24hrs (soonest I was available). The rep's name was Ken, and he knew his business, was willing to explain things to me, did not seem as like he was talking down to me when I had questions, and he was not pushy about making a sale. His quote was good for 30days. During that time I contacted another local company. This other company had a better price, however, the owner (who came to do the quote) was very pushy about the sale and seemed to be one of those fast talking used car salesmen. Because of that I chose to have Noratos do my roof. INSTALL: The workers arrived in the morning (but not super early) and made quick work of tearing off my old shingles and putting on my new ones. As I am typing this the workers are doing their final walk around my house with magnets and garbage bags to collect the last bit of debris. The new roof looks great. I will try to post an update in a year or 2 as to how the roof is holding up, but I'm sure ill be able to get atleast 30yrs out of it. My only concern, during the quote, Ken advised that a "cricket" would be best at my chimney (site of a leak on the old roof), so going with his advise I said id pay for that to be done. However today during the install the crew leader said that my roof/chimney did not need the cricket and that new/larger flashing would work just as well. I will be watching this spot in the coming months and if there is a problem I trust that Norato's warranty will take care of it.
