I would absolutely use Elite roofing again without hesitation. From the owners, to the amazing staff, to the guys that shingled our roof - every person went out of their way to be courteous, extremely helpful and most important made me feel like my job was the most important to them. When Elite arrived on sight - the project manager promised “our guys are going to take good care of your home” and I can testify that they did. They are the number one recommended roofing company in Pinehurst for a reason!

Phenomenal customer service, professional work and great follow up. Our preliminary consultation with Tony Sr. was thorough and painless. With our entire roof being replaced, we were impressed by the speed of the crew working on our house. We did run into a small problem with our vinyl siding not being put back correctly after the job was done. We addressed this in an email and we heard back from them the next business day. They sent out a follow up crew to come and repair the siding. Would definitely recommend this company for any roof repair or replacement.

I won’t recommend this company for a roof. Firstly, the showroom has an overwhelming, unbearable stench of air freshener which makes it difficult to breath and spend any time looking at shingles. Secondly, I was told that someone would be out to look at my existing roof to give me a quote. After three weeks of waiting, I received a “courtesy” call asking if I was still interested in getting a quote. I can imagine how long I would wait for the actual job to be done. Now I’ll receive a response apologizing for not showing up and then, “if there is anything we can do to assist you, please give us a call.” Very poor customer service in my opinion.
