Estimator inspected roof on 7/10/18 and quoted necessary repairs of $695.50. We hired them for the job. On 11/13/18, we received an invoice requesting payment. No one had ever contacted us about scheduling the work and to the best of our knowledge, we never heard anyone repairing our roof. When questioned about the invoice, office staff assured me the work was complete so we paid the invoice against our better judgement. On 12/18/18 we had our gutters cleaned by a different company and asked them while on the roof, to inspect it. They took photos of repairs that needed to be done and they were the same as the original quote from John McClurg Roofing. We contacted McClurg again and they sent someone to inspect. Repairs were scheduled again. We did have a repair person from McClurg come to do repairs twice this spring. There has been zero followup by anyone to tell us if the job is completed and that the work was done appropriately. Poor oversight from management deems this company average at best.
