I called Miller Roofing and another roofing company. Miller's estimate was over $17,000.00. Said I needed a new roof. (I just had that roof installed 8 years ago. The other guy said your roof looks good but I see one area where the flashing has come loose. He fixed the flashing and added some more roof tar (its a flat roof) all for $300.00. A few days later, it came a good rain and guess what...no leaks. My advice...always get more than one estimate.
