Received exceptional service with Absolute Roofing! I called for an assessment for possible roof damage after a hail storm. They were able to get me scheduled ASAP. Nick Woodard came out on a Saturday. After checking the roof, he explained there was no damage, but the gutters needed to be cleaned. Nick said he had extra time before his next appointment so he offered to clean out gutters while he was here. I was honestly taken aback by the offer. I had multiple roofing companies come out for assessments before Absolute and they all required me to schedule another appointment if I wanted to get the gutters cleaned. Talk about going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service. Without a doubt, I will be a returning customer!

Paul and the team at Absolute were awesome to work with, and have covered every detail of our claim. Hail caused roof, window, gutter, and siding damage to our home. Absolute worked with our adjuster, and various sub contractors to complete the work to our expectations. They were patient with our questions/concerns, and worked with us to get our home back in great condition in wonderful timing. Definitely recommend these guys and will call them next time Nebraska weather gives us an issue!

Unlike another roofing company who didn’t even get on our roof and just wanted to see our insurance paperwork, Absolute Roofing went above and beyond in explaining the insurance claims process. This was my first claim and my insurance company even commented how easy my contractor was to work with compared to so many others in Omaha. I wouldn’t even bother considering another roofing company in the Omaha area after my experience. They really helped change my feelings towards a roofing contractor and were very patient with all my concerns.

This company was great. Everything I had questions on they were quick to get back to me within a day time at least. They came out on the day scheduled and got everything done fast and with good quality. I worked with Brandon Kahnk on everything and he was great, very personal. You can tell when someone is about customer service and he is. The trait of making every customer feel like they are your main priority is very rare but Brandon has that. Thanks a lot. I adjusted from 5 stars to 4 just because as a business you always strive to get better and you don’t want to stop where you are at. Giving the 4 Star is 100% in my book just keep getting better.
