These guys were great. We had a pipe burst while we were out of town, and the guys at McKinnis had us back to normal in no time. Extremely courteous and they do great work. Could not have been happier

I called Kim at an insanely busy time. Many frozen and broken water pipes around town. They were the only contractor who could work me in even though their schedule was full. Surprising customer service did not suffer at all. I felt like I was their only client. They worked full speed to get the water damage cleaned up, walls rebuilt and new carpeting in. My tenant was able to get back to business quickly. Kim and McKinnis saved the day!

Damage from the May 2016 hail storm in Northwest Omaha. We had gutters, garage doors, windows and roof done by McKinnis. What we got was a parade of low bid subcontractors over the course of 4 months. I no longer recommend using these composite companies. Just hire a good inspector or adjuster then hire the contractors directly. They replaced the garage doors and forgot to tighten all the connections. Yesterday I found another nut laying on the garage floor. Spent an hour checking all of them.

The management is very genuine in their practices and they truly care about their employees and customers. The McKinnis team is very friendly and they really make you feel right at home. McKinnis is a big company with a small town atmosphere. Not only do they take pride in their company, they also care a great deal about the communities that surround their business locations. Each year McKinnis generously gives to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Open Door Mission, local sporting activities, local businesses and other non-profit organizations. I highly recommend McKinnis as a fantastic place to work and a trustworthy company for all your roofing, restoration, and housing exterior needs.

McKinnis has been my go-to roofing company the last 2 times my roof needed replacement. They offer fair pricing, quality workmanship, and super customer service. They also now do exterior work as my siding and window screens needed repair in addition to roof replacement after last year's hail storm. I highly recommend them!
