John Roff and his son are true professionals. They provide the best quality of service that you could possibly have. John and his crew did and outstanding job on my roof. He did a complete inspection of my roof, and took pictures so I could see the issues. They did the job in 2 days, and fixed several problems I had. I will continue to look for John to do other renovation jobs for me. Don't go for any other. You cannot beat John and his crew. They do go above and beyond to make you happy. Awesome job!!!

John and the team from Roff Roofing repaired the flashing and cap on our roof from faulty original installation . They were fast, efficient and cost effective. They took the time to explain the repair and cost. Very professional! I would highly recommend them to my neighbors!

We had leaking in our roof by our chimney which is in the center of the house and had trouble getting anybody to help - we had called over 10 different roofers with no replies. Finally found out about Roff and they came after only a day or 2 and not only found what the problem was and promptly fixed it, but discovered that the problem was caused by faulty workmanship by the guys who installed our new roof only 4 yrs prior. I can't begin to express the extent of my gratitude to them, not only would I use Roff to do any project I have in the future, but I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for reliable, quality workmanship.

John and his staff did a great job replacing our roof. No debris was left behind. In addition John has returned a couple of times due to leakage. It wasn’t the roof but rather the gap in the seams of the clapboard. John and his son came back and caulked areas that had nothing to do with the work they completed. As he said he is determined to conquer this leak. He goes above and beyond with a smile on his face. I have never met such a caring and concerned contractor. We highly recommended him and his crew.

**original review was revised at owners request/promise of providing excellent customer service. The truth is after originally requesting an initial quote several times, the only way we got a response from the owner was with a negative review. The owner called and apologized sending a quote over, we discussed other options/prices requesting a second quote be sent over; which of course, non surprisingly, we never recieved. We followed up with the business on the 29th, trying to get the ball moving on when work can be done, and requesting the second quote to be sent for a second time. The person we spoke to on the phone said they would be there Wednesday morning to begin working on the roof and in the mean time would send over the revised quote for us to sign and send back over the weekend. Guess what? No quote was sent, I took off yesterday to wait for "professional roofers" that never showed up. If you didnt feel like our roof was worth your time that's fine, but your business is seriously lacking professionalism and office management.
