Jim was hired to fix our roof three times and we still have leaks. The roof repair cost me $3k plus because he did not want to replace the entire roof. He personally cleared the roof and said “roof is in great condition”. Sure enough we had another leak. Cost me a total of $8,000 for repairs plus $3k to Jim. Hope Jim is enjoying my $3k while my attorney reviews his invoices and my insurance repairs. He will be hearing from us soon.

Jim went out of his way to come at night to check my damaged roof knowing bad weather was imminent. His crew came out first thing the next morning to repair the roof and did an excellent job.

Spent a lot of money repairing the roof just to have multiple leaks in the same areas. Hired Jim to inspect roof and he didn’t not alert us to multiple weak spots. Hired professional roofers and home inspectors that found multiple areas that needed repair and replacement. Photos and physical weak spots were located. I would not recommend Jim’s Roofing.
