BEWARE! GUY IS A PSYCHOPATH. Extremely rude. Sarcastic and hung up on me for asking about a free estimate. I called to ask about a roof estimate. The guy on the phone told me it was $250. I politely asked whether if there were free assessments since I heard usually they're free. He responded "Well what do you do for a living?" I was taken aback and said "I work for a bank" Hey says, "We can barter and you can do something for me and I'll do something for you." "I work for a bank, I don't know what I can do for you...I guess we're not doing business together?" "I guess not" and he hangs up on me. A few minutes later I get a text message berating me more about "wasting his time." Not only is he extremely rude on the phone, texting someone after the conversation is over is CHILDLIKE as if he’s a preteen that needs to get his last word in. What grown man does this sort of thing? Pretty rude for a place of business especially since I was a potential customer who would be paying him upwards of $15,000.00 for a roof repair. A simple "No, we don't do free estimates" would have been perfectly suffice. This guy is a PYSCHOPATH with an extreme personality disorder. Looking at other reviews you see the same thing, rude, doesn’t show up, neglects his job, and insults and harasses his customers and calls them names like "pencil-pushers" and "socialists" when they complain about him. When hiring someone consider what you’ll have to deal with if something goes wrong. This guy has a SERIOUS attitude problem and probably mental issues that makes him unstable. From the other reviews it looks likes he offers a discount for people writing him reviews, which probably means he can't get good reviews otherwise (big surprise). Don't let him inside your home, near your family, near your children!!!!

mark was great. He was very responsive when I contacted him over the weekend. He came over immediately on a Sunday. And by Wednesday my skylight leak was fixed (and maintenance done). He was very professional and did a great job. No mess whatsoever. I’d highly recommend him! He has passion for what he does and truly cares about doing the best possible job (at a very reasonable price as well!) couldn’t ask for more

The snowstorm that brought traffic to a standstill for hours on end in the tri-state area also made my roof spring a big leak. Mark and his crew cam out ASAP, shoveled the roof, found the leak and repaired it. After I had spent 5 hours in a car the night before commuting 15 miles, it was a big relief that they could take care of my roof problem quickly and effectively. Mark explained everything well, showed me photos of the work they did and was very pleasant throughout the process.

It's been a year since Mark did the job on our roof and it's leaking. Not only is it leaking, he's insisting he did it 3 years ago when the receipt says 2017. Either way, he says he guarantees his job for 5 years. My friend, that is a contractor, has been calling him to try and set up a time with him. Mark told him he could make it out in 2 weeks but if he gives him a good review online, he could make it out in a few days. Mark is now not answering. Bad job, bad customer service.
