I had a great experience with San Diego County Roofing. I had begun to solicit bids for several months and most of them were within the range I thought the job would cost. Troy stated up front that he would not be the cheapest bid. He urged me to let him spend some time to explain the materials and process. It was an education I came to appreciate. I entered all of the many quote details from the different companies on a spread sheet for objective comparison. My concerns were duration of the job, type of ventilation, materials, additional costs for various wood replacement. That was much better than the usual time and materials. The different crews from tear off to material delivery, wood replacement and shingle installation were ALL prompt, fast, efficient and professional. The tear off crew quickly removed two layers of old style asphalt shingles on my single story two bedroom house. Edgar the crew foreman and team leader kept me up to date on a daily basis. All work was completed in the three day time frame. This was a rental property and tenant had large dogs which i managed during the work.
