Great quality work..All in all this old house had a lot of issues like garage area with rotted exterior walls & 2 layers of siding through out the house ..Old A/C holes that were never sealed with plywood just with the old siding that was like 30 + years old ,all this was found out & exposed when the old siding and windows was taken off the house & had to be addressed & fixed now .. Chris and his guys did a great job In fixing the issues & even when we exceeded our budget because hidden problems behind the old siding they worked with us to get it done right ..CJ scotti services let us use our color choice of cypress green and the desert tan trim ,gutter,spouts which other (contractors wanted $2,000 more to keep you in white trim family because they use white aluminum all the time then buying colors that they don't use a lot of ).. Not CJ Scotti he will put any trim on even if it was pink or green , his guys did a great job cleaning up ,restoring our yard and raking up nails in grass ,our money pit is a headturner on my street and getting a lot of compliments on the colors we used ..THANK YOU chris ,rodger,gelio,alex,cedric, ck,mike,teddy ,angel and all the other worker that helped out

We had a bit of a hard time finding a good contractor so was glad to get a recommendation to them. The only negative is that we had to wait a few weeks for the job to get done. That’s probably because they do such good work! No issues with the flashing we needed done on a window. Would definitely use them again.

Replaced my roof, decking, fan and vents. Detailed professionals from start to finish. Owner kept in contact with me sending me photos of the roof throughout the work being done. Straight forward, direct no bs growing company with competitive prices. They are very busy for good reason. Trust These professionals with your home. I met with Ted Austin today for an estimate to complete a project that was left unfinished by another contractor. Ted could not have been more understanding of the situation. He was completely knowledgeable of the conditions, took time to educate me and offered several alternatives to resolve the issue.
