Cesar has been the roofing contractor for our building (5 condo units) for several years now and his work has always been exceptional. Most important, when we had an emergency three years ago (a very old portion of the roof gave way after heavy storm rains) he and his crew came immediately when we called him for help. He repaired that section - a very tricky junction of three sloping roofs, and it is now in great shape.
