I'm very happy of dealing with TWM. I had a water stain on my exterior wall. After calling TWM they made a schedule with me and Lee from the company showed up on time in front of my door. He spent some time to investigate the problem he told me that condition of the roof is really good and there is minor problem that he suggested that I can fix it myself, he listed the two items that I need to buy and how to apply the items on my roof; without any charges! Even he quoted me a very reasonable price if he has to fix it. I appreciate his help and honesty and will hire him for my next project.

TWM Roofing.... EXCELLENT!! As a recent home owner we called Tom about his working on the home 1 year prior. It started to rain & we noticed a leak. He came out the following day and found the leak, fixed it & helped incredibly. Even though the leak was from a window, and not the roof, they fixed it anyways. Tom said, "Your roof is our roof!"..... and boy he meant it! Really like TWM Roofing..... customer service like it's meant to be. They went the extra mile and then some. Crew arrived at appointed time. Finished the job in 2 days after a delay in the arrival of the shingles. Cleaned up everything before they left. Haven't met Tom in person, but had numerous emails with him and he answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the finished job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

TWM roofing does great work. Tom is a class act. He and all of his roofers are friendly, reliable, and—most importantly—do solid, high quality work. I had a flat, tar/gravel roof that they replaced with a commercial grade TPU roof that is incredible. I highly recommend TWM.
