Titan Roofing owns a truck that backed into our family's 2016 VW 25-Aug in San Rafael while our car was legally parked. The driver left the scene without providing insurance info. Two weeks and many phone calls have not produced valid insurance info from Titan. I've filed a report with San Rafael PD.
