Hansen Bros has been our go to choice for several projects. They are truly specialist of their trade and have taken on jobs for us that are beyond difficult with a finished product that surpasses expectation. The quality of their windows and installation is in a league of its own!

For many, many years Hansen Bros was our family’s go-to company for windows. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Early this year we had them replace several windows. These windows have not worked properly since they were installed. Trying to get them to come back to correct the issue proved very difficult. After several phones calls and weeks of waiting they finally sent someone to fix the windows. The repair person insisted the windows were fine and that we were opening them incorrectly. He drilled some holes and put in some screws. This did not correct the problem of the windows slipping down when opened or of the windows not closing properly. In the following months we called Hansen Bros repeatedly only to be told they would “get to us” when they could. Our last communication was in the spring when we were informed that it would be months before someone could be sent. We are still waiting and now they don’t even bother to return our calls. We are going to pay another company to replace the windows and want to warn others that Hansen Bros no longer provides quality service and have little regard for their long standing customers.

We share the views of other disappointed customers of Hansen Bros after getting a quote on work months ago and paying a $500 deposit they are now impossible to contact. After leaving numerous messages & calling into their (always closed) office we are now considering how to claw back that $500. This is abysmal service and they should not be in business!
