Cody is always available for me as Realtor to inspect roofs. He provides timely estimates for roof repairs, maintenance and replacements. As many people know in NM it is hard to get anyone to answer their phone and come out quickly to assess anything. The work he has done has been satisfactory to all parties involved. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Couldn't keep to schedule - inconsiderate at best. Made an appointment for a Saturday estimate. Called FIVE MINUTES before appointment time, said he was running "40 minutes late at least." Then asked "do you still want to meet?" When we made the appointment, the time was his request, and he knew I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate. Then cancels last minute? Asks "do you still want to meet?" I cancelled - can't imagine this lack of reliability and inconsiderate behavior for an estimate. What happens if hired?

Had a very good experience with KRam. They came out, gave me an idea about what needed to be done for a recent roof leak after some rains we had. They were timely, courteous, and gave me a fair estimate. Explained everything. Would definitely recommend.

Our roof leaked after 2 years from installation (Feb 15, 2013), and I notified them many times by phone and mostly emails and they simply put me off for years, visiting and using some silicone sealant in a few places, until the (lousy) 5 year warranty was up. I am in the process of documenting their work by uncovering the top layer of gravel, and I will eventually sue them for breach of contract of warranty. My advice is "do not use K-Ram!" The damages exceeded $4000 inside our home. The owner, Gilbert, called me the very next day (after his son read my review) and then met me on my roof on May 2nd, he apologised for the miscommunications and his erroneous information that the job was resolved (although it wasn't) but he offered us the reimbursement of our deductible ($1000), he would not reimburse me for the repairs I had to do ($3200*) using a silicone Henry Product on the interior parapets. His roof "tune-up" was shown to address these cracks and holes in writing ("seal any parapet wall cracks or holes with NP-1 sealant"), that was never done by his crew (of two men) that came out on Feb 9th, 2015. I had leaks until I had "*A+ Sustainable Roofing" apply the Henry Silicone roofing coating on all parapets on the interior to the roof. I cannot recommend a tar/gravel roof to anyone, I believe a Henry Pro 988 Silicone roof is the cure for a leaking tar/gravel roof or a flat roof with no gravel finish. The reflective properties in itself is enough to bring the cooling costs way down, and the silicone roof coating (Gaco or Henry) is what many commercial businesses are doing here and across the nation. I believe Silicone is the replacement for the tar and gravel dinosaur roofs.

This company is extremely unprofessional, unethical and careless. We had them do some basic roof maintenance at our house, and immediately after they finished rebuilding a box around a skylight, we discovered we had no power to a section of the house. I notified the salesman/foreman immediately and he came by and eyeballed the problem and said there was nothing he could do because "he's not an electrician." After days of exploratory and repair work by an electrician (and hundreds of dollars at our expense), which also was a huge inconvenience as it required me to take off more time from work, it was clear that the crew had cut an electrical line while on the roof. I notified K-Ram and asked for reimbursement. Rocky, who I had worked with from the start, assured me he would talk with Gilbert, the owner, about making us whole. That didn't happen. Instead, Rocky directly contacted our electrician and told him he didn't think the crew was at fault. He then proceeded to schedule a meeting at our home without us present with the electrician, basically so he could go through the motions and refuse to pay. I called Rocky and told him I needed to be present for the meeting at which time he told me he had decided his crew wasn't at fault and that he's just a salesman who shouldn't have to handle this. He complained that we and Gilbert had put him in this position and said it's not his company and he can't make these decisions. When I told him I didn't want to meet if they weren't acting in good faith to right the wrong, he said I had my answer and he was done with the situation. I won't use this company again of course and recommend others avoid them at all costs!
