Moriarity's did excellent work for us. We have multiple (and different) roofs which posed a few tricky problems. These were solved effectively, and with reasonable "extra" charges. I found Aaron, the job coordinator, to be responsive and a good communicator. Permitting and approval by the City went smoothly. The teams that worked here--both tear-off and roofing--were efficient, and cleaned up each day. Juan, in particular, the roofing team foreman, addressed all my questions and found good solutions. Overall, the level of professionalism was high.

I contacted three roofing companies to evaluate and provide an estimate for a leak that appeared after the last heavy rains of the season. I reached someone at Moriarty Roofing immediately. She collected the necessary initial information and promised a call back to arrange a site visit. Several days later Aaron came to my home and inspected the area where he suspected the leak originated. He explained and pointed out what he found and recommended what he believed to be necessary to remedy the problem and prevent further leaking. The proposed solution targeted the problem area and limited additional corrections to areas that had not been properly sealed in the past. A crew was able to come to my home and complete the job within a week. The team was very efficient and professional and were able to complete the work within one day, including cleaning all leaves off the roof and then clearing my patio of any detritus that landed there. I was extremely pleased with the work and the demeanor of everyone who I dealt with at Moriarty roofing. I am still awaiting calls from the other companies....

After a rather windy storm event, we noticed water staining on our ceiling of our home in Soquel. After calling several roofing companies, most were booked solid because the the recent rains. While Moriarty's were booked up as well, they took the time to make sure we got on the schedule for an inspection. Once they came out to inspect, they saw issues with our chimney saw that was where the issue was. they inspected the whole roof and (happily) said that we had 3-5 more years in the roof, with just a few minor repairs that they could do. Less than a week goes by and they call back saying they can move us up on the schedule and they were out the next day. The crew was fantastic and not only did a great job, but they explained what they would be doing and had recommendations for when we do decide to re-roof in a few years. We will call Moriarty's when we decide to replace the roof in a few years. They were the best!
