If I could give a rating of zero stars, I definitely would. When they came to repair my roof, they started the job, it started sprinkling, so they told me they had covered the roof and that they were leaving. The drizzling stopped about 10 minutes later, so I went to check on the roof. To my surprise, it wasn't covered at all! No tarps, no pieces of plywood, nothing. I then looked out into my driveway and see they have left debris everywhere. Pieces of the my roof and nails are scattered everywhere. I needed to go to the store, so I had to clean up my driveway to prevent my tires from picking up nails. That all happened 2 years ago. A few weeks ago, my roof started leaking. So I called them out for warranty work and to repair the drywall that had been damaged as well. The guy went on the roof and claimed that the leak was due to the AC unit on the roof, and he put some tar on the seams of the unit. I asked about them repairing my drywall and he said that even though they were tasked with ensuring my house didn't leak and it did, it's not their fault. Two days after he said that to me, the roof started leaking again. He comes out again and restates is because the AC unit and quoted me $470 to repair a 2' by 2' section of drywall. Run far away from this company!!!

Don't waste your time because they will will waste it for you. Call them they send someone out to do the estimate, You sign off on the job then you never hear from them. So Call them and get the "who are you again" Finally get an appointment set up to get the work done and they don't show up... So Call them again and get the same " who are you again, Let me check on that, Oh we had to cancel your appointment" They don't even call to say they are cancelling the appointment. They claimed it looked like it might rain... Are you kidding me? This company is a joke they have no respect for your time at all. There are tons of other choices in this town. Pick one of them. Check out the other reviews, Some of the good ones must be workers or friends they have left multiple good reviews, I guess they figured no one would actually look at the names of the people posting. What a joke....

Do yourself a favor, don't even call this company or believe the good reviews. The sales staff doesn't answer calls, and never return messages. I spent 3 weeks calling and waiting for a proposal for 2 roof repairs. In the end after getting the "owner" involved I received a email stating that they would only bid 1 job but wouldn't provide a warranty for the work. As for the bid they did provide it was illegible, like a 4 year old took 2 minutes to write it.

First Quality Roofing and Insulation /Southwest Drywall are amazing!! They are LICENSED, BONDED and INSURED!!! I don't know where people pull they are not licensed out of. They do great work and I trust them and refer them to family and friends.

I was referred to First Quality Roofing by a co-worker. I had some damage in my home from my teenage son and his friends. There was 5 different holes in different parts of my home. I called First Quality to come out and do the work. I have a specific color on my walls and only had a little bit of original paint. I though t for sure I would be spending alot on materials alone. I left to work and when I came home I couldn't believe what a great job they had done. You can't even tell any damage had ever been done. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Fantastic work and very reasonable pricing.
