Called to get a quote over the phone and these people need way too much information up front. First off she explained to me that I would need to set up a consultation in person. After I expressed to her that I wanted a quote over the phone, she proceeded to ask me for my first and last name, my fiancé's first and last name because she had to know who owned the home. Then she needed our address even though I already explained to her we were located in Reno NV and we just moved here. She then advised me to go to their chat online because she would need an address for me to speak with someone. If it's this complicated up front just to get a quote, I get the feeling that these people are going to be way too expensive.
