I had gotten good recommendations for D&D in order to replace some roof tiles in order to sell our home. We were on a tight schedule for closing and I told D&D all of this. They scheduled a time frame (up to a week) to come out to look at it and give me an estimate. So a week goes by and I don’t hear anything. Well apparently they don’t do work on homes during the buying/selling process. They saw the sign in the yard and left. Didn’t call me to let me know. Now I’m down another week and have to find someone else. Really poor business practices. Obviously didn’t listen to me, and then a complete lack of communication. Two essential elements in doing business.

I called and drop by D&D Roofing and David personally escorted me to pick up a few pieces of concrete roof tiles. Tom helped as well and these guys were excellent help even though I know my business for them is super tiny. But if I need roofing help again which I'm sure I will for other clients I will start with David and Tom at D&D Roofing. Thanks guys

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is to notify everyone that D&D roofing do not practice good business ethics; They not only called me a liar (as the customer) but they also did not keep their word in regards to a warranty. I had them perform work on a building they were here for 30 min patched a screw hole and sent an invoice for over $700. Less than 30 days later, it was still leaking from the exact same spot. I called the office and asked if it was still under warranty? The girl who I spoke with said that if it is the same leak then it is covered. The technician showed up and I once again confirmed with him that the work performed would be covered under warranty, he specifically said to me that we would not be charged for this visit because it was covered. So they climb on the roof and work for about 40 min and say they made a repair in the membrane and send me a second invoice for over $400 so we are being charged over $1100 for the same leak and 1 hr 10 min of work . When I called them back and asked why we were being charged the second time, she said they made repairs to 2 different spots of the building even though it’s the same leak and I said I asked you and the tech if it was covered and you both said it was and she said that she talked to the tech and he “never said anything like that”. The leak should have been fixed on the first visit and was not, so they are charging twice because they did not properly fix the leak the first time. Not only did they call me a liar but they will take your money if they have to come back for the same leak that they were supposed to repair. So if you have them as a vendor please do yourself a favor and remove them. We have made several recommendations to all of the properties within our company and are removing them from our preferred vendor list. In fact, when we told the girl who works for this company that we would pay the invoices but they would be LOSING our business, her reply was “that’s okay” and did not seem to care, seems like they don’t really want the business anyway. Very disappointing

They also DON'T have a Veterans Military Discount to thank the 7% who Served for 100% --including those who can't Serve, or didn't Serve by choice, or won't Serve by choice. 93% of the population has NO military service. We Veterans are an extraordinarily rare 7% of the population who Served for 100% of Americans--defending those who can't Serve, and even defending those who didn't Serve by choice. Most of we Veterans carry life-long burdens due to our military service. Because of those military service related burdens, and that we are only 7% of the population, we Veterans require the assistance of the 93% who Never Served. I have taken the pledge To Leave No Veteran Behind. When will D&D Roofing?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do not do business face to face. All business is done over the phone or email. There was confusion and the wrong part of my roof was touched, therefore my issue was not fixed. They refused to right their wrong and told me for an additional cost they can come out and fix the original problem. This company is a joke and should be avoided at all costs. Since they didn’t fix the problem we are out $1800 and seeking a new company to fix our leaking roof. AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I would ask questions and they would avoid answering them only to repeat themselves over and over until I had a enough of them raising their voice at me. You have been warned.
