Hale roofing installed a chimney saddle on my daughters roof. They chose to not install the roofing to the manufacturers specs to include ice and water membrane, as is standard practice and required by code. The roof leaks horribly and all Hale Roofing has done is obfuscate responsibility and acted like politicians passing the buck at every turn. All that we want is a leak free roof and while the owner Steve Hale promised to do that they have failed to actually fix the roof and are now refusing to do so. Funny that Steve Hale is the only 5 star review here and how myself and others keep having our 1 star reviews erased everyday. We'll keep putting them back until Google leaves the truth up for others to see.

Their roofing doesn't hold water. They worked on my roof and it leaks. They come back and try to blame everything else even after admitting to not doing the roof right. Funny how the 5-star review is from the company owner.
