Extremely unprofessional, and very poor service. I would never recommend unless you would like several leaks, girlfriends hanging out watching their boyfriends work, shortcuts, ect. Reached out on numerous occasions- had the Forman come out and the issues were never resolved. Not impressed and very disappointed.

Quality workmanship was obvious but hearing the "PRIDE" in their voice when answering our questions was AMAZING. Very pleasant and satisfying experience

I'm my experience the workers were very pleasant and time concience. The prices are fair and the quality is superb. My roof has never looked better. I will recommend bsr to all my family and associates.

Good fair prices and quick turn around for non stock materials.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimator to come look at our leaky roof. The estimator said he would contact us with an estimate but never did. Even though I got my roof fixed, by a private contractor, I still wanted to inform BSR that I never received an estimate from the estimator that came to my house. The receptionist on the phone seemed to not care and pretty much brushed it off. I did not receive one apology. I took the time off of work and had a stranger walk through my house for nothing. Thanks BSR!
