Disappointed with the company. Unreliable. They did some faulty work for me and I’ve been trying to reach them so that they can fix it. I keep getting the runaround. They won’t call back. They won’t fix what they didn’t properly do in the first place. I regret doing business with green earth construction.

Very Unprofessional people. Came home for estimate, but after 3 weeks of calling did not give appointment date. When called after 3 weeks, they said a person will come in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, when called again, person says owner has stopped us from doing roof repairs and only full roof installation can be done and hung up the phone when requested to talk to owner. Worst experience in buffalo with any Service company

I can not recommend them highly enough. They came and did the job with a large crew of skilled guys. They started the job as soon as they possibly could and completed it before the end of the day. I not only have a new roof but I have new gutters too!

I met with a salesman named Mike from this company in mid August because I needed to have my porch roof replaced as it developed a leak. Mike wrote an estimate and spent nearly an hour selling me on this company. After getting a couple other estimates, I decided that this was the company that most impressed me and although they were not the least expensive, I was impressed with the sales presentation. I called Mike to schedule the job. He told me that he needed to have the owner look at the job and write a contract. I called Mike several times over the next few weeks to solidify a contract. He told me not to worry about it and that I was on their list and they would contact me as my job came closer to being done. I also spoke to Jessica in the office and she confirmed that I was on their list and the estimated date that the job would be started was mid October. I checked back again after the first week of October and was told that I was still scheduled for mid month. When mid month arrived, I still had not heard anything so I called Jessica. She informed me that they would not be doing my job after all. They cited weather as their excuse. I talked to the owner who said that he would meet me at the job the following Monday at noon. He never showed up and even though I called the office to find out where he was, he never called me to follow up. Beware, this company clearly writes "estimates" and then cherry picks the jobs that are most desirable to them. There is no way I am getting a roofer to do this job until spring so consequently, I'll have a roof that leaks through the winter.

Amazing job and fast clean up. The foreman on the job knew exactly what needed to be done and great to work with. Highly recommended!
