Quick turnaround from time I signed contract to installation. They cleaned gutters and threw all of the debris in the yard. My camera never saw caulk being used and they refused to come back out and take pictures of installation. If you hire these guys, they expect you to watch the entire installation job to confirm proper installation methods were used. I suggested because of the location of the install and that it is virtually impossible for any homeowner to watch the entire installation, they should take pictures of the job for proof of proper installation and they responded with "we will give that some thought". A lot of money for unverified installation and a warranty to makes the owner sign off that installation was done correctly.

Workers arrived on time - had to wait for a little rain, but began and finished in between light showers. They were courteous and friendly and explained everything they did. At this point, we are very satisfied but, will know better after we have a real rain storm to see if all the rain water is properly drained with no run over or leaking. So far - so good. The guys did a great job!

Beautiful job from start to finish. Salesman Marc was knowledgeable and made great points. Installers were on time, professional, thorough, diligent and clean. Am looking forward to not worrying about having to clean my gutters 3-4 times per year.

the sales manager was very friendly and had a great presentation. the installers arrived on time and the were very friendly, cleaned up very well and the domes are not very noticeable. We will see how well they work when we get some rain, but for now i'm very satisfied.
