Great company! We have been using them commercially with our management firm for many years. They are thorough and make sure the job is done correctly the first time.

Awesome local place with excellent food. My favorite dish is the chicken cutlet parmesan. My honey gets the penne with mushrooms and chicken! The bread is to die for also. The place is a BYOB if you want. Highly recommended. Very inexpensive.

The sales person did not follow-up as he said he would. Shingles were to be replaced to the front half of the roof only so the it was important to have the color correct. The wrong color arrived and I had two-toned roof. Silver nails or brackets of some sort were visible from the street and the bridge cap was not consistent with the picture the sale person showed me and our discussion regarding the bridge cap with the neighboring houses. Also, this was to be a one day install, the women at the office told me that they could only install the shingles, not the flat roof. I told her to cancel the flat roof and I would only have the shingles done. I asked for a revised bill for the shingles only 3 times and have not received one. This company was paid $3000 and the supervisor for the workers told me that the install for the shingles only would be $4200 total which mean I owed $1200. When the supervisor scheduled a visit to my home, he said he would bring the revised final bill and did not. Weeks have past and I get a call yesterday, June 12 saying that I need to complete the work because they need to get paid. I refuse to have this company do anymore work on my home because I am not happy with the work already done. If they had done the entire job on the day they came out, I would have paid for the job. However, I am not paying for work that has not been done. I asked to speak with the person who I entered into this contract with 3 times, because I had 3 detailed discussion with Mr. Kipp prior to agreeing to the work, yet Mr. Kipp did not come out to review the work as stated or tried to see how the situation could be rectified. Two workers did come out to cover up the silver pieces that were visible, but they never called prior to coming out to get permission. I am home and all of a sudden I am hearing noises on my roof. Not professional. Get your work done somewhere else. This was always about getting the company to send me a revised bills so that I could pay the balance. It took more than 6 months and posting this review and others to even get a call from Mr. Roberts. He sent the revised bill and I paid it immediately. I would never hire this company again, it is not worth all the problems and headaches.

Mr Robert is dishonest. After offering me a bid he never returned my calls and his secretary kept telling me he was out of the office. He should have told me upfront that he wasn’t interested in doing business or if he had a change of heart to at least communicate that with me. His sarcastic responses tell much about his professionalism.

I had Roberts put New roof,Siding,gutters on our house overall the job was good but there’s a few discrepancies that have been addressed plus couple more showed that we are having a hard time getting someone here to finish the job completely and show them the issues.
