John Goess was very experienced and earnest. We were concerned about the solar panels on our roof making too many new holes when they went back on. John matched them hole for hole except one. That's 99% in my book and I can more than live with that!

Couldn't be happier with this company. Very impressive. Dealing with contractors can often be a headache, but everything was smooth and pleasant about dealing with John Goess. John is a nice guy, seems honest, fair, professional and very experienced. He gave a competitive and fair quote, no haggling was necessary - as the job was priced fairly. Competitors gave me quotes all over the place, with high pressure selling. Along with his quote John provided a list pages long of homes he's done - so you can go check out his work... the quality and volume of work speaks for itself. Nothing is worse than the bait and switch of smooth talking contractor-salesman who then send in a no-name crew to do the job... that was not the case here. John himself was on site throughout the job. He's not a one-man show, he has a substantial crew (not subbed out), professional, and clearly hard workers. I appreciate the little things, like offering to cart away an old piece of furniture in my driveway, I hadn't had a chance to get to the dump. They also fixed a couple of loose and missing pieces of trim on my house. And he even pointed out that my second story windows weren't looking so good, so caulked them for me... not the responsibility of a roofer, but those little extra things and attention to detail are mark of a true professional who cares and aims to impress. Most importantly - the quote he gave me is the price I paid. No surprises. I'll be gladly recommending him to friends, family and coworkers.
