We called Gary out to fix our leaky roof. He told us he'd be out there on a set date, never showed. Called him again, and again, and again, and finally he answered and sent his guys out here a few days later. He had told me $400 over the phone, then wrote the bill for $600... Sorry, I'm not paying any more than what's agreed, so it ended up staying at $400. Next rain storm... big shocker.... roof is leaking again. I called him and he said he would come out next Tuesday... Tuesday came and gone, no Gary. He said he has jobs planned for the rest of the week and can't get out until next week. What about my roof like you had said last week? There was rain in the forecast. When I started to complain he hung up the phone. Stay away from Gary, bad service, and even worse customer service.
