This place was recommended by my neighbor to me because they used to do the same job before. Our roof needs to be replaced due to years and many damages on it. They inspect and had an estimate. We discuss about the roof and explained what they need to do. I am glad the way they explained it to me. They easy to work with. Seriously, they are one of the best.

I wanted to wait until it rained before I reviewed Great Way. I am very happy with the finished roof and the professionalism Matt and the whole team showed before, during and even after the install. I told them I wanted the roof done with proper ventillation and they added 6 new low profile vents and they also installed 2 solar powered roof fans for me as well. I also asked to have them send me the metal flashings before the job, so i could paint them to match the facia. 2 weeks before the job they brought them to me! With any job there is always unexpected issues and they always kept me informed and explained potential problems before hand. After the install, there were a couple of small issues that needed to be resolved and they were happy to hear my concerns and they promptly sent a foreman to quickly fix the issues and I'm very happy! The most amazing part of the job is the call I recieved after the first rain in my area to check and see if there were any problems! No problems to report, all is well!

I just called GreatWay Roofing in Simi Valley and was quite surprised that someone answered my call at 6:25 p.m. on Monday (4/24/16) evening as I expected to leave a voicemail message. I advised the woman that answered that I would like to get an estimate for approximately 120 feet of drip edge so, I can have rain gutters installed on our home. She asked if I wanted rain gutters installed. I advised her I already had someone else scheduled to install the rain gutters but I just wanted them to install the drip edge. At that point, she just hung up on me! Amazing customer service! Unbelievable!
