We have been working with 1st Choice Roofing for the last 5 years, as our roof was nearing replacement time. They would come out each year to check the status of the roof, to advise if was ready for replacement, or if we still had some life left on the shingles. They were always on-time, courteous, and very informative and helpful. We just now were recommended to replace the roof after 5 years of them checking on the roof, and it was all done in just over a day. They were phenomenal - on-time, and never once did I ever see anyone not working - they worked hard all day long, and after they were done, cleaned everything up and would never have known they were there. The new roof looks AWESOME and we are so happy with the work they have done.

Wonderful experience with our Velux skylight replacement project. An experienced, expert crew of 4 arrived early, introduced themselves. Immediately, acting as a team, they set up ladders and began transporting new units to the roof. Tarps were placed in the rooms underlying the old skylights. In less than 6 hours, our 5 old skylights were out, new updated solar-powered ones in place. The team (Dennis, Timmy, Ricky and Darnell) cleaned up meticulously. Their pride in their work quality was evident. Our new skylights function perfectly. We got a ton of rain and not a single drop of leakage. Super job!

They were punctual and efficient and very courteous. They paid close attention to potential damage (flower pots, bird feeders, etc) and moved them out of "harm's way" before covering my gardens with tarps to protect them from debris. It also made it easier for their cleanup, which was very well done. They cleared the gutters of debris, ran a magnet over my lawn as well as my driveway to get any stray nails. All around very happy. They were a fantastic crew. I will definitely have them back for any future roofing needs. They were also very competitive in pricing compared to my many other estimates. 10 stars.

1st choice did an amazing job from start to finish. From the initial quote to the installation of the roof, the entire process was easy and painless. Not to mention the price was great! The roof was installed in one day and the guys working on it were very respectful and professional. A+ job all around. I highly recommend this company!

We live out of state, but have a rental in Bay that needed work. After asking our friends, they recommended 1st Choice as a trustworthy company. Our experience was great. They kept us updated along the process, and took photos of every repair. I will definitely use them again.
