I called to get an estimate for my leaking roof and made an appointment. The guy didn't show up at the promised time so I called and his response was "I was gonna call you when I'm on my way." Really?! Well, shouldn't you have told me that when I made the appointment? Or at least let me know if you can't make it on time. After all, you're not the only one who's busy. He finally showed up 2.5 hours later. After he checked my roof, he said he doesn't know what's causing the leaking problem, but he gave me a whopping quote in thousands (beware of their $1300 minimum charge!). So you're telling me that I've got to pay that much even if it involves minor works. What a crook! I may look young but I'm not stupid. Although I am not a roof expert, I can tell when something doesn't make sense or when someone's trying to rip me off. After dealing with this unprofessional, arrogant, and shady owner/guy, I would never use Total Roofing even if it is the last company on earth. I'd rather live with a leaking roof!
