I own an apartment building and needed an estimate for a new flat roof. A friend referred me to ADCO so I called and left several messages, was promised a call back yet never received one. They clearly don't need the work or value future customers. Having worked with many different contractors over the years in all the trades I can tell you that the lack of courtesy extended to potential customers is usually a very good indication of the level of service one can expect in the future. If a company doesn't value or need new customers then they generally will not value your business if you become a customer and you will be treated accordingly.

THE MOST CORRUPTED Roofing Co. ,Roofing Company from Hell ADCO. roofing co. by leadership of ANDREW Triphon and Rude General manger Dan Huertas are one of the worst company you can work with. 1. ADCO. after 4 visit of the job side, prepare a fraudulent contract to replace our roof . 2. ADCO. prepared a fraudulent contract and give $ 5000 discount to mach the recovery money from insurance company to replace our roof and over bid the competition. 3. ADCO. obtain $6000 as initial down payment. 4. ADCO. sent two worker to cut the roof and then they moved to remove tiles from our walkway. then left the roof to leak and our walk way collect water after any rain. 5. At this time Mr. Dan from adco thought he has us on the rope , so ADCO . came with new contract ! changing the quality of the roof from asphalt roof that we want and was is 1st contract to lower cost roof,torch done roof that ADCO. want ( copy of contracts are available), then ADCO. raised the price to recover the fraudulent discount . when we ask ADCO representative ,why you change the roof quality , He told us, YOU DO NOT NEED TO WALK ON IT!!!!! 6. Dan From ADCO. Made another fraudulent act and keep all the $6000. I will meet them in curt and let ever one know
