If I could rate them zero stars I would. I called these people to fix my leaking roof. They didn't show up when promised and didn't call either. Didn't show up on second time, didn't call either. After my 3rd call they finally showed up. 400 lbs guy climbed on the ladder, took a look and said 300 bucks to fix it but you need a new roof. I said fix it for now. Okay, they said they would show up on Dec. 17, they didn't show up, and didn't call. I called (again) and asked why they didn't show up. No legit reason from them. They promised to come today, Dec. 18 2014 in the morning. They weren't here around noon so I called (again), no, don't worry, we will be there. 3 pm, still no one showed up. Called them again at 3 pm, answering machine, I left a message that I wanted them here before dark. Heard nothing back. At 4 pm I called them again and left another message and told them not to bother because I will NOT do business with them. If you read this: don't bother, get a professional instead of two fat guys who promise things that never get done. I usually look for reviews first, didn't do it this time and boy am I sorry! Won't make that mistake again, I'm glad they didn't get on my roof.

**WARNING!!** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Tim Thornhill installed covered gutters on our home. At the time he sold them to us, he said "nothing will ever get in these gutters, and if something does I will come clean them out for free." The cost of this gutter project was many thousands of dollars. Our gutters are FULL of acorns and other debris. So full, that the gutter system no longer works the way it should. The whole purpose of buying these covered gutters from Tim was so that we didn't have to get up on our 2 story roof and clean them out. I called Tim about this and he said "I'll clean out the gutters for $95 -- to cover my gas". Wow -- $95 for gas! He must have a vehicle that gets 1 mile to the gallon. I called back and agreed. I had to leave a voicemail message because he didn't answer. He never returned my call. I've called many times over the past month. EVERY TIME I now call he says "I'm driving" and asks me to email him and he'll get back to me. Tim NEVER returns calls or replies to emails. Two days ago he told me he would be at my house this morning to clean out the gutters (and I was willing to pay the $95). Tim NEVER SHOWED up to the appointment. Tim's website for All Sierra Roof Company, Inc. says their associations and memberships are: Western States Roofing Contractors Assoc. National Roofing Contractor Assoc. The Better Business Bureau I checked all 3 associations for Tim Thornhill's personal name and the All Sierra Roof Company name and NONE of these associations have him listed with their organizations! Tim is obviously NOT an honest or honorable person and businessman. Definitely find someone for whatever work you are considering having Tim do for you! If I could rate him with ZERO stars I would. Tim isn't even worthy of the one star I have to give him!

We made 10 + calls to this guy before he finally called us back. On the one and only call back, he said he had us scheduled, so we wait. Well guess what? He never showed up and never called back again, and continued to ignore our calls. This is no way to treat your customers!
