This company accepted my phone call Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, when I explained that somehow someone was getting into my roof/attic area, that my safety was an issue, that I needed a board made to fit the entry from the attic into my bedroom. The owner who answered, said he would call by 9:00 a.m. Monday, Feb 9, 2015, to let me know when he would be arriving. I received no call and no one showed up. It it my feeling this company does not take safety as an important matter. They were told there would be work wanted, insulation needed, and therefore turned money down, and let down a potential customer.
