I had a great experience with Brian and his crew. They fixed a leak and did some general maintenance about a year ago. Very professional, showed up on time, price was as quoted, very polite, responds quickly to emails and calls. I recently had a leak and called Brian, as they told me originally that they stand by their work. They came out right away to check it out and found a new issue that had nothing to do with the original work. Nonetheless, they sealed the new leak on the spot, no problems, no questions asked. They always show you pictures of what they see on the roof so that you can verify the issue for yourself. I highly recommend South County Roofing!

It's now 2018 and this last rain revealed that we have A leak in our roof. Once again I call Brian he came out and advised us on where he thought the leak was coming from which was completely different from where I thought it would be. He and his team came out completely waterproofed around our chimney which had created a roof rot and leak around the flashing of one of our roof vents. Brian took pictures showed us exactly where the problem occurred and what he and his team would do to fix the issue. Brian provided us with a very reasonable quoteand he and his team were able to complete the work in a day. I find Brian to be a complete professional, he will tell you what the problem actually is and will not cut corners simply to please a client. I argued with him that I thought that the leak was simply around the flashing of a vent. He proved me wrong with pictures and I was absolutely pleased that he did. I know the next major storm my roof will perform like new and as Brian outlined should last my lifetime. These guys are very professional do quality work and I focused on doing the job right.

Brian from South County Roofing was outstanding. We needed a roof inspection for a home we are in escrow to purchase. Brian came out within a couple days and did a thorough roof inspection, complete with a full report. Even after seeing the report, I had additional questions. Initially, we tried to address my concerns about the roof through e-mail, but when it seemed that e-mail communication was not working well enough, he picked up the phone and called me to discuss my questions about the roof and to give me more detail about it's condition. He did not appear hesitant at all or charge for that additional time assuaging my concerns. He genuinely appeared to want me to have a good understanding of the issues, and it felt like he was patient and willing to take as much time as was needed to help me understand the roof condition after his inspection!

South County Roofing is the best. I live in North Orange County. It's hard to find companies that are reliable, on time and on budget. I had several leaks on my roof that needed immediate attention. I called Brian, he drove down, checked it out and set a date. The work was completed on time for the price we agreed upon. The workers were courteous and diligent. I will call South County Roofing for all my roofing needs

Loved working with Brian. As a broker, I used him serveral times to conduct a professional roof inspection for potential buyers. I've found him to be very honest, sometimes reassuring my clients that what the inspector identified as an issue was in fact not an issue at all. His inspections are very thorough, from the inside and the outside of the house. I've also used him for repairs and his prices are very competitive and he was even able to prioritize for me what roofing issues were critical versus those issues that weren't urgent or were aesthetics only. Would definitely use him again and again.
