It has been over a year with my numerous calls and email, the C39 Roofing owner, Fidel Cruz did not fix the damage on my roof which was still under warrantee. I am collecting supporting document to sue him. The damage is on the back section of the roof, the damage single caused the unevenness and deep groove from one side to the other side on the surface of the roof. The plywood under the single that he installed was not done properly. When you walk on roof, you could hear the creaking sound of the week roof. Also, the single was breaking up to small pieces and it happened shortly after he installed the roof. I contacted Fidel Cruz, the C39 Roofing owner, to come out and to look at the damage, it took me over 8 months and several demands, and finally he came out. He was rude and did not admit that was his screwed up on his workmanship and the material he installed on my roof. He also said that he will let me know what caused the damage. I waited and continuously trying to reach him for several months after. To my surprise, I finally received a phone call from him and he admitted that was his screwed up and the material that he installed was defected. He also promised to repair the damage before Thanksgiving of 2017 and until today January 31, 2018, he did not fix the damage nor have I received any call from him. He did not honor his warrantee. His workers left trash, debris everywhere outside of the house, inside the garage, in the rain gutters, gas heating closet, and countless big nails intruded through the roof to the garage and the attic ceiling of the house. I do not recommend the C39 Roofing to install your roof and you better off stay away from dealing with the owner, Fidel Cruz.
