EXCELLENT OUT-STANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE: Recently (in February 2016) I had a roof leakage problem and I have contacted Simon Says Roofing. I have received an excellent and above and beyond services from the Simon Says Roofing. The owner of Simon Says Roofing Daryl and Marissa not only personally took interest in fixing my house roof but also ensure that their roofer does perfect work. Due to the rainy season I needed urgent service and Simon Says Roofing has provided urgent services service, without any extra charges and did provided excellent services. I must say that, I have called several roofing company (prior to calling Simon Says Roofing) however, all the other companies have call answering service and no one called me back until after 24 hours after my message, except the Simon Says Roofing. Marissa, one of the owner has always answer the telephone and assured that we get quality and urgent service. Daryl, the another owner personally visited our home, inspected our roof and provided reasonable quote and dispatched his roofer immediately to fix my home roof.
