Lakewood Roofing

Dripping water leaking into my living room was my problem just a few weeks ago before I called Stay Dry. I don’t know to much about roofing but after reading their good reviews I thought I would give them a call. Best decision I could have made. I got someone out to me in the city of Lakewood that day. I sat on the estimate for a few days to get a few more bids but Stay Dry made me feel the most comfortable and l liked they were not pushy. They came and repaired a few leaks and replaced a few missing in tiles in less than a day. That was a few months ago and am leaving this review now after confidently being dry over the last few rains.

I live in Lakewood,CA and had a few estimates from a few local roofing company. I liked that Stay Dry Roofing was the only who actually told me it looked like my roof was installed in sections and I really only needed to reroof a small portion of the existing roof and my free standing garage. Javier Garcia explained I could probably get some good years left on my roof. I appreciated the honesty and when I do need a complete re roof on that portion I know who I am going to call. Last year my husband and I had a roofer come out and fix a leak we had where some broken tiles had been on our 10 year old roof. Come this rainy season, the exact same spot that was suppose to repaired is now leaking. Who know if it was even ever fixed? I couldn't get the guy to call me back and the number he had was disconnected. I guess you get what you pay for. This time I wanted to go with someone who was reputable and plans on being in business for a while. We looked around a called a few places and we ended up at Stay Dry Roofing and their team. I liked That the owner, Javier, took the time to meet with me and explain where the last guy went wrong. This guy takes pride in his work and it shows. It has rained a few times since we had the repair done and there has been no leaks or problems. Even though it took me two times... I got it right with Stay Dry Roofing.

We had to replace the shingles on our roof as some of them had deteriorated and fallen off. We got three quotes. By far, Javier was the most professional, kind and courteous person we met out of the three. He explained what we needed for our roof after an inspection and we got a great deal on the entire job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
