Quality Roofing & Construction - Quality Job Done Indeed! I have roof leakage problem in Thanksgiving 2015, it has been raining a lot during the El Nino winter. Melissa said they were very busy but would put me in the queue. I tried calling other companies, but Melissa was the one who returned my call. This left a good impression that this company does follow up. At 10am on Dec 8, Rob came out to inspect the roof (he arrived promptly as have promised). He said he has the materials needed and can repair the roof right then. Took him a few hours to finish the job. He cleaned up his work area nicely. Melissa billed me as the price they have quoted me - economically and fair. ( I have compared their base price with other companies.) The following day after the repair, it rained heavily....no leakage. This is July 2016, half a year after the repair, after many heavy rainfall this past El Nino winter.
