A business more concerned about profits than people... Mike did a large roofing job for a single family residence of ours ($25,000 +/ job). From the beginning of the job he complained about how he was making less profit than he had hoped (although we never negotiated him down on the contract price). He did ultimately complete the job and there was only some minor details remaining (edge metal, paint, some popping shingles, etc...), in which he stated he would address the following spring. Well we are now in July of the following year and now Byrom roofing (Mike Byrom) has left us with nothing but excuses and non performance with regards to these repairs. We have simply asked for these few matters to be addressed in which they have not been. As such, I recommend all potential customers seek out other roofing contractors who standby their word and their work. Very disappointed, consumer BEWARE!
