When my daughter and son in - law needed a new roof and called to see if I knew a good roofer, I said no, I know a great roofer! Javier from Stay Dry Roofing had reroofed our home about ten years ago, and was very reliant and affordable. I found his card at the bottom of my junk drawer and was happy to see he answered, unlike other companies that have gone out of business in the same time frame. I met him at my daughter's house and it was like I had seen him ten months ago not ten years. It was deja vu all over again Javier was on time, professional and gave my little girl a great price. Javier did everything including pulling the City permit. Before we knew it her old weather worn roof was off and replaced by a beautiful new roof that is also energy efficient. I can't wait to call Javier when my grand children need a new roof.

Even thought their estimate was higher than some of the others, we went with them because of the way they earned our trust in them. Javier was up front and told us that we only needed two areas repaired instead of the full roof replacement that other companies wanted to do. The job was done in two days instead of two weeks and it saved us thousands. I highly recommend their service.

I had been looking into a cool roof for one of my commercial buildings but never pulled the trigger. I had a friend who had Stay Dry do a coating on his building and he would not stop talking about how much cooler his building was, how much he saved on not continuously running the air conditioner and how great of a job Stay Dry did. Stay Dry Roofing is by far the best roofing company in Newport Beach. I was not only impressed with the quality roof they installed but the fact that they were very customer service oriented. The roofers were punctual, friendly and considerate of our neighbors by cleaning up and not working too late or too early in the morning.
