Adrian and his crew went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Starting with the estimate, Adrian explained the process from start to finish. Of the four roofers who gave me estimates, Adrian was the most personable and informative. When rain delayed the start of the job, his crew came and covered the leaking areas before the weather turned bad. They kept me updated with phone calls on both days that were delayed by the weather. Once the skies cleared and the work began, the crew arrived promptly every morning, worked throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work done. I would recommend Premium Roofing Systems without hesitation.

Adrian and Premium Roofing were very professional every step of the way. I had half a dozen companies provide estimates for my roofing replacement and saw a wide range of professionalism. Of all estimates, Adrian was the only company that fully explained the mechanics of ventilation to me so I understood the importance of each piece. They also were the only company that discussed the underlying wood and pointed out sag on other houses in the neighborhood and likely cause and fix. They were in the middle of all companies in regards to pricing, but gave the most comfortable feeling about the probability of satisfaction. In the end it came down to two companies, which were the only two companies that took the time at first visit to explain the materials that they use. I chose premium for two main reasons. 1 They provided me with previous customers that I could call and discuss their experience. 2 Start dates and work duration. None of the other companies could start for 4-6 weeks and some said they would take up to 10 days. Premium could start in two weeks and finish in 3-4 days. Premium put tarps over my leaking spots the day we agreed on a contract and started the roofing job two weeks later. They showed up to the house on time, worked with my tenants requirements and needs, were very respectful to my property and tenants property and time, put plastic sheeting down after demo to protect against rain, Put plastic sheeting over items in the garage to protect my tenants garage items and cleaned up every day. I received absolutely no complaints from my tenants. The job started at 8am on day 1 and took a single day for demo. They were done by 4:30pm on the first day and then the first inspection was completed. 2nd day they put all shingles down and basically completed the job on day 2. Day 3 was final inspection. The final bill was just over $200 more than the estimate, only because I asked them to put additional fascia boards in place in two different location. I am very satisfied with my experience with Premium Roofing and would definitely recommend them to others. The roof looks very nice now. Obviously with a roof, time will tell and until we get more heavy rains it remains untested. I am quite confident though, that if I have any issues or requests in the future they will be right there to take care of them.

Adrian came out and offered me a very sweet deal that I just could not let go. This is coming from someone who is on a financial budget and who had four other contractors come out to give me prices. That aside I am happy with how the work came out and how organized they were. I definitely recommend Premium Roofing Systems they really try to give you the BEST!!

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job fixing my cracked skylight. They were professional, quick, responsive, on-time, and thorough. They were on time (even early) to the consultation appointment as well as the installation. They answered several of my questions about the product and they took pictures throughout the installation process and provided me with updates along the way.
