I had my roof replaced last year and Chuck and his crew were awesome. I requested a repair at a second location. They sent someone out on Feb 15, 2019 to inspect. I called a week later and estimate was not ready. Called a week after that and inspector said he emailed it 2/19/19 but I never received it and asked if he could send it again. No reply no email. I called few days later they said inspector went on vacation and would have to wait until 3/6/19 for him to come back. Its 3/7/19 and I still have not received an estimate. I will be looking for another company just wished it could have been as easy as it was when Chuck came out and had my roof replaced.
