They replaced the roof in our house and the shingle installation was good except for their carpentry work. The contract that was agreed upon was to replace all rotten wood. They finished the work in one day on a Saturday and after inspecting it on the following day it it was clear that there was rotten wood still on the house. It was apparent that the rafters that they did replace was hastily done. Also they did not apply primer to all the wood that they replaced. I contacted Fidel on the Monday after they finished the work he answered and told me he would come to the house on Wednesday to see what else needed to be done. I took the day off from work to wait for him on Wednesday and he never showed up. I proceeded to contact him two additional times and left a voicemail but he never returned my calls. I decided to not bother trying to contact them because based on their customer service and their carpentry work I am not sure if I would have wanted them to finish the repairs. I would not recommend their work based on this experience.
At first I was pretty impressed with this company. I called and they were able to schedule a convenient time to come out to do the estimate. They gave me an exact time instead of a window (ie 8-noon) which was nice. They came out and did the estimate which we were happy with. I called the company a few minutes after the estimate was complete to schedule the work and left a message. The next week, I realized by about Wednesday that I had never heard back from them (it had been a holiday weekend, so I wasn't too upset) so I called again and left another message. After a few days, I still hadn't heard back, so I called again and left yet another message. I told them that if I didn't hear back from them the next day, I would take my business elsewhere. I still didn't receive a phone call back. It's been over 2 weeks since the estimate and I still haven't received a return phone call. Now I'm stuck starting the whole process over with another company. Customer service definitely needs some work there.
