Sorry, have NOT had any experience, but have heard lots of GOOD things.

Have waited since December to have some answers to questions via text, then tried email to no avail again. Texted J a wk ago Fri and he said his office doesn't always tell him and would call me Monday. That came and went. during that time I made calls to the state and was told LLC changed RO...then called GAF and found the RO is the one who is trained for ME (which was previous RO). I told them that it was changed last year, and they said they have to get recertified every year and will see that when they contact the state for recertification and the new RO will have to be certified. Also,found out I would have paid for a warranty that doesn't qualify under there GAF guidelines. Done playing games with them. It pays to check out companies before you contract with them.

Very good work. Completed in a timely manner and was good about clean up after leaving the job. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
