They sent someone out in December of 2018 to give me an estimate on my roof. My husband paid him and her never returned to do the work. We call and text the man repeatedly for the last 6 months. Legacy states they are not responsible. Now my ceiling is caving in through the tarp when it rains. Legacy came out once in January to retarp the roof then said we had to take it up with the man they sent out.

The BEST customer service I have ever received! Caroline kept me well informed throughout the entire process. From the first time I called to following up after the work was complete, she was always very friendly and quick to respond with a positive attitude. The crew that replaced our roof had a strong work ethic and finished the job within the stated time frame. Not only does our roof look amazing, they did such a great clean up job, it was as if they were never there. I highly recommend Legacy Roof Contractors!

I signed up with Legacy Roof Contractors in October and my roof still hasn’t been put on! I sent Legacy a letter to tell them that I don’t want to do business with them any longer because it’s been nearly 3 months and I haven’t heard from them. They sent me a letter saying that if I leave them I will get charged $918.34. I’m on limited income and I can’t afford this money to be just give away. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this company!

WARNING WARNING THEY ARE SCAMMER They take my check (from insurance)but never do it or call me to schedule to do it, i call and leave so mamy many messages and seem they no longer in business, and then one day a girl call me and tell me some one will call me back to schedule to do my roof but i been wating for 1 week still no body call me and tell me why they dont do it. DO NOT USE THEM, they may good before November 2018 but they are not good anymore after November 2018 and dont be fool by 5 star review, i belived all 5 star review are their people.

Great service providers and quality materials. As promised, the installation was fast and clean up was excellent. Very courteous sales manager, inspectors and roofing crew.
