El Segundo Roofing Care

I hired El Segundo Roofing Care for a residential roof. Complete tear-off. Their bid was the lowest of several. They arrived timely. They stayed within their bid, and there was no over-sell. Because the existing roof was in such horrible condition, I expected them to have to replace at least a dozen sheets of plywood due to dry rot. To my surprise, only three needed to be replaced, which El Segundo Roofing Care was honest about.

I honestly can not say enough about El Segundo Roofing Care. Hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. They did a complete tear off of my roof. I was told they would arrive at 730 am...and they did. They completed the job (2600 sq ft) in a day! Very trash in my yard. Just complete pros!

Shortly after having a dormer roof installed by a quack, some damage from a storm led me to contact El Segundo Roofing Care for emergency repair. They quickly came out to check out and resolve my immediate issue, but alerted me to the deficiencies in the new roof installation.The manager went out of his way to provide me with documentation and a professional opinion of the problems for my insurance claim. His estimate of the repairs is fair. I haven't had the roof replacement completed yet, but when I do would feel completely trusting of his team's quality and work ethic.

I had the team from El Segundo Roofing Care out to do some tuck-pointing and sealing on the brick portion of my house. The first time the crew came out it was a very cold November day. The crew put some mortar/sealant down that didn't seal the way it should have, most likely due to the cold, but for the most part kept water and moisture out which is what I was mostly concerned about through the winter. Bob told me that when the weather warmed up he'd have his crew back out to re-do the work and make it look more aesthetically pleasing. He followed through and the work looks great.

We scheduled time for El Segundo Roofing Care to look at the home and provide an estimate, which was done promptly. I received a thorough line item estimate, something other roofing companies who provided estimates did not do. The price was also much lower for the same services, which was very positive.
