The initial estimate was quite thorough and gave me several options, depending on how extensive I wanted the repairs to be. However, upon initiating the job, the crew discovered dry rot and other issues that required a number of changes, all of which were detailed in change orders. The crew was very professional and kept me informed all along the way, including extensive photos of the issues. The job ran well over the initial budget and time, but for good reason and with my prior approval. It is very hard to find a roofer that you can trust, and I would certainly recommend Roofing Logistics to anyone. The quality of their work and their attention to details is top notch. After the end of the job I received a packet with my inspection report, their guarantee, a copy of the paid invoice, and a USB with over 300 before and after photos of the work.
