These folks are great and took care of us very well. Fully licensed and insured they came in and inspected our home in greatest detail. Emil was a pleasure to communicate with and personally resolved all of our roofing issues, the process looked simple but was complexed. Two teams worked on our building and the entire process of repair took three days, these guys were super sensitive to our neighbors and have posted notes prior to moving forward with the project, few neighbors even got a free car wash. In general it's a super customer oriented firm that loves the community and gives 100%. Be smart and contact them, they wouldn't let you down.

Top Roofing Contractor did an excellent job on our roof from start to finish. Emil came out and did the initial inspection and estimate. The price was very good. Even better, Emil took the time to answer a lot of questions, to explain various steps of the process and the materials they would use, and to share photos. Once we hired them, the crew was able to start within a couple of days. They worked very efficiently - they tore off the old roof and installed the new roof in just two days. When the job was done, Emil took me up on the roof to see the finished product. It was very nice to be able to see things up close. There were no unexpected costs or problems, overall, my wife and I are very please with our new roof!

Very professional work.They were a delight to work with for a number of reasons: 1. I dealt mainly with Emil (manager/one of the owners? not sure) who was very personable, listened carefully to what I needed, was very responsive by text 2. On the initial inspection, instead of doing hours of inspecting work and pics and write ups for $600, they walked up, looked around, told me I needed a new roof (which I pretty much already knew) and didn't bother or charge with the inspection which saved me the money and I appreciated it. 3. Unlike the other roofing co, they noticed and pointed out to me that there was an old door stuck between my house and the one next door in a windowell that had been boarded up and had dry rot. Their cost WAS higher than the other quote I got - but the other quote didn't include the door replace/painting, the roof slope, or water damage underneath. I appreciated that the cost was high up front but didn't increase during the project at all. 4. They were timely, the other manager I interacted with was also great, and everyone just had good vibes. Workers seemed happy too. Overall: roofs are expensive but so important that I didn't want to mess around with a job that wasn't the best and am very glad I went with this company!
