I had a new roof installed by Mike's Roofing and Building about 4-5 years ago. The price was great! Tony, my estimator, was great to work with and had great customer service. The tear off and installation crew was polite and they did a great job. The installation was about a week, they cleaned up everything up when they were done. I am still very happy with the work especially with all of the recent heavy rains, I have had no problems with the roof. It also gives me peace of mind to do business with a roofing company that has been in business for over 40 years. NONE of the other companies I had out to give estimates were in business that long and didn't give much of a warranty. Many thanks to Mike, Tony and everyone at Mike's Roofing for a job well done.

I can't imagine there is a roofer that knows his craft like Mike and his team. I was very happy and impressed with the work they did and at a very fair price.

What a Nightmare! I had a roof leak and called Mike's Roofing out. They told me they would charge $475.00 to tarp it and that the money will be applied to the repair work when done. They came out and tarped my roof. They were not prepared to stabilize the tarp and had to use round river rock from my house. We get heavy winds at my home. During the winds the river rocks were falling off my roof. That was really stupid and unprepared. They came out again to secure the tarp with tiles. That helped. I asked for them to come over and give me an estimate for the repair job. I knew they had me by charging $475.00 for just a tarp on my roof. Mauricio came out for about 5 minutes to look at my roof. 2 weeks later I called to see what is happening and he said he and the owner/boss went over it and saw through a satelite image of what i needed without even measuring they sent me an estimate for $7500.00. He said they have to replace 600 feet of metal tile. I called the manufacturer Decra who makes the tile and they laughed when I told him they want to replace 600 feet of tile. The roof is very durable and the tiles do not need replacing. They said call someone else. I called the owner/boss today and asked how he can price a roof repair without even seeing my roof or even measuring my roof. He said they do that by satelite. Tony the owner/boss said that is their price. I had referred this company to buyers and sellers and will never ever do that again. They will be losing alot of business from me. I will also let the home protection plan company who also refers them not to do that anymore as well. I am out close to $500.00. They are not reputable but they are rip-offs.
