Landreth Roofing Company did a great job with my difficult roofing project on an old fixer-upper modular home. The president of the company came every day to check on progress and work with the team on problem-solving. When extensive dry rot was discovered, he assigned his son to make sure that all the problems were addressed correctly. When the roofing inspector insisted on a higher grade of roofing material in the case of my home, Landreth Roofing gave me a break on the increased price. They stuck with the project until it was done right. In the torrential rains that followed, there has not been one leak of problem of any kind. Something fishy was going on here. Landreth's inspection showed that not enough nails were used to put my roof on. A second opinion from another contractor showed me pictures where shingles had forcibly been pulled up pulling the nail through the shingles. One or the other is lying to me. I don't trust them.
